  • Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel orders before the vendor has processed the order for shipping. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled but may qualify for a return instead.
  • Vendor-Specific Policies: Since Ikastore.com hosts multiple vendors, each vendor may have its own cancellation policy. Please review the specific cancellation terms on the vendor’s product page before placing an order.

2. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, follow these steps:

  • Log in to Your Account: Navigate to your order history, find the order you wish to cancel, and select "Request Cancellation" if the option is available.
  • Contact the Vendor: If cancellation isn’t available through your account, contact the vendor directly via the Ikastore.com messaging feature to request a cancellation.
  • Vendor Confirmation: The vendor will review the request. If the order has not been processed, the vendor will cancel it and confirm via email or through your account on Ikastore.com.

3. Conditions for Cancellation

  • Time-Sensitive Products: Orders containing perishable goods or items with limited shelf life may not be eligible for cancellation once processed.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun.
  • Digital Products: Digital downloads or electronic items are non-cancelable once the purchase is completed.

4. Fees and Refunds

  • Cancellation Fees: Some vendors may charge a small cancellation fee to cover processing costs. Any fees will be disclosed in the vendor’s specific terms on the product page.
  • Refund Processing: Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take [5-10] business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Ikastore.com’s Right to Cancel Orders

In certain cases, Ikastore.com may cancel an order on behalf of the vendor, such as:

  • Suspected Fraud: If fraudulent activity is suspected, Ikastore.com may cancel the order to protect both customers and vendors.
  • Inventory Issues: If a product is out of stock or unavailable, the vendor may cancel the order and issue a refund.
  • Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a pricing error, the order may be canceled, and the customer will be notified with the option to reorder at the correct price.
